Capacity Test

Each cell undergoes comprehensive testing for capacity and voltage to ensure only qualified cells are selected and matched.

These can be shipped individually or assembled into finished battery packs.

All cells undergo stud welding, followed by individual torque testing to ensure the studs do not detach under a torque of 7 N·m.


Test Again Before Shipment

Prior to boxing and shipment, all batteries undergo a second round of comprehensive inspection to verify voltage and internal resistance parameters.

While simultaneously screening for cell swelling or bulging.

Cells that have passed inspection are fitted with insulating sleeves on their terminals, effectively preventing short circuits caused by accidental contact during transport.

Each cell come with busbars, nuts, and insulating boards.


Battery Package

The cells is secured within all-around anti-collision foam padding and packaged in a five-layer corrugated kraft paper carton.

Effectively cushioning against bumps and drops to prevent damage during transport.

LiFePO4 Cell Usage Precautions

1. Storage Environment Store the LiFePO4 cells in a dry, ventilated and cool place with an ambient temperature of 0~30℃.
Avoid direct sunlight, rain and humid conditions. Do not expose the cells to open-air stacking.
For long-term storage, keep the cell voltage at 3.20V~3.25V to maintain cell performance.

2. Strict Prohibition of Damage Operations Do not disassemble, puncture, squeeze or drop the cells. Keep the cells away from fire and high-temperature environments.
Improper operations may cause cell swelling, leakage, overheating or fire hazards.

3. Assembly Requirements Assemble cells with consistent voltage and internal resistance. Use a matched BMS protection board for battery pack assembly.
Avoid prolonged high-temperature welding on cell terminals to prevent damage to the internal diaphragm.
For assembled LiFePO4 cells, apply moderate and even pre-compression to restrain expansion, reduce internal resistance and extend service life.

4. Charging & Discharging Standards The standard charging cut-off voltage is 3.65V, and the discharging cut-off voltage is 2.5V. Overcharging and overdischarging are strictly prohibited.
The recommended charging temperature ranges from 0℃ to 45℃. Reduce charging current in low-temperature environments.

5. Short Circuit Prevention Install insulating covers on cell terminals after testing. Avoid positive and negative terminal short circuit caused by metal contact or accidental touch during installation, transportation and use.

6. Waste Disposal Waste and expired cells shall be recycled and disposed of by professional institutions in accordance with relevant regulations. Do not discard them randomly.
